Ticket Terms and Conditions
Updated September 9, 2026
Effective Date: September 16, 2026
These Ticket Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of tickets for Millennials Vechornytsi events organized by Timeless Creative Studio, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer.”
By purchasing a ticket, the purchaser (“Purchaser”) confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
1. General Terms
A valid ticket grants its holder admission to the applicable Millennials Vechornytsi event on the date, at the time, and at the location specified on the event page or ticket.
Information regarding the program, venue, age restrictions, start time, and other event-specific details will be provided on the applicable ticket sales page.
The Organizer reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the program, performers, hosts, DJ, schedule, or individual elements of the event, provided that such changes do not substantially alter the event’s overall format.
2. Ticket Purchases
Tickets may be purchased online through the official Millennials Vechornytsi website or through a ticketing platform authorized by the Organizer.
The Purchaser is responsible for providing accurate and current contact information during checkout.
An order is considered confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed and the Purchaser has received an electronic confirmation or ticket.
The ticket price, applicable taxes, and any service fees will be displayed before payment is completed. Service or processing fees charged by third-party payment or ticketing platforms may be nonrefundable in accordance with the policies of those platforms.
3. Ticket Use
Unless otherwise stated in the ticket description, each ticket grants one person one-time admission to the applicable event.
Tickets may be presented electronically on a mobile device or in printed form. Attendees are responsible for keeping their tickets and QR codes secure and should not share or post them on social media.
The first ticket presented and scanned with a valid QR code will be accepted as the valid ticket. The Organizer is not responsible for tickets that are copied, lost, transferred, or used without the Purchaser’s authorization.
The commercial resale of tickets without the Organizer’s prior written permission is prohibited.
4. Refunds and Ticket Transfers
Unless otherwise expressly stated on the page for a specific event, all ticket sales are final.
Tickets are generally nonrefundable and nonexchangeable in the following circumstances:
- A change in the Purchaser’s personal plans;
- Late arrival or failure to attend the event;
- Inability to attend for personal reasons;
- Loss of the ticket; or
- Denial of admission due to a violation of these Terms or the venue’s rules.
The Purchaser may transfer a ticket to another person before the event begins, provided that the ticket is not personalized and the event page does not state otherwise.
A Purchaser who is unable to attend may contact the Organizer by email no later than 24 hours before the scheduled start of the event. The Organizer may, at its sole discretion, consider offering a refund or transferring the ticket value to a future event. Submitting a request does not guarantee that a refund or transfer will be approved.
5. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
If the Organizer cancels an event and does not schedule a replacement date, the Purchaser will be eligible for a refund of the ticket price. Service and payment-processing fees may be nonrefundable if they were charged or retained by a third-party platform.
If an event is rescheduled, the original ticket will automatically remain valid for the new date. Information about the new date and any available refund options will be sent using the contact information provided at the time of purchase.
Any refund request resulting from an event being rescheduled must be submitted within 14 calendar days after notice of the new date is issued. After this period, the ticket will be considered confirmed for the rescheduled event.
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Processing times may vary depending on the Purchaser’s bank or payment platform.
The Organizer is not responsible for reimbursing additional expenses incurred by the Purchaser, including transportation, lodging, parking, meals, or other related costs.
6. Events Beyond the Organizer’s Control
The Organizer may reschedule, modify, or cancel an event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Dangerous weather conditions;
- Natural disasters;
- Fire or other emergencies;
- Government restrictions;
- Security or safety threats;
- Venue or utility disruptions;
- The illness or unavailability of a key performer; or
- Other unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, the Organizer will inform attendees of the available options, which may include honoring the ticket on a rescheduled date, issuing a credit for a future event, or providing a refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
7. Admission and Conduct
The Organizer and venue representatives reserve the right to verify tickets and request valid identification.
If an event has an age restriction, attendees must present valid government-issued photo identification. Alcoholic beverages may be sold or served only to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with North Carolina law.
Attendees must comply with all venue rules and behave respectfully toward other guests, performers, staff members, and property.
The Organizer may deny admission or require an attendee to leave the event if the attendee:
- Appears to be severely intoxicated or impaired;
- Behaves aggressively, dangerously, or abusively;
- Harasses or discriminates against another person;
- Damages property;
- Creates a safety risk; or
- Violates the law, these Terms, or the venue’s rules.
No refund will be provided in such circumstances.
8. Photography and Recording
Professional photography, video recording, and audio recording may take place during the event.
By attending the event, each attendee understands and agrees that their image, likeness, or voice may be captured incidentally or intentionally in event photographs, videos, or audio recordings.
The Organizer may use such materials to document and promote Millennials Vechornytsi, including on websites, social media, in advertising materials, and in media publications, without additional notice or compensation.
An attendee who does not wish to be photographed in close-up or posed for individual promotional content should notify the photographer or an Organizer representative during the event. While reasonable efforts will be made to honor such requests, the Organizer cannot guarantee that an attendee will not appear in crowd shots or background footage.
Professional or commercial photography and recording by attendees are prohibited without the Organizer’s prior written permission.
9. Personal Belongings and Assumption of Risk
Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal property.
Participation in dancing, contests, games, and other event activities is voluntary. Each attendee is responsible for assessing their own health, physical condition, and ability to participate safely.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10. Changes to These Terms
The Organizer may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time a ticket is purchased will generally apply to that purchase unless a change is required by law or for safety reasons.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina and applicable federal laws of the United States.
The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith through written communication and informal negotiation.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be addressed in a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of North Carolina, subject to applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
